Children’s Yoga

Bring Little Flower Yoga Member Teacher, Zahra, to your school or institution to deliver a program designed to help your students become the best version of themselves. 

Unique experience combining yoga and mindfulness in a developmentally appropriate way to support the success of all children and adolescents

Challenges students to learn in new ways, make connections, and recognize their tremendous capacity to achieve

Five key elements are incorporated in each session: Connect, Breathe, Move, Focus and Relax.

Framework of respect for all students, compassionate communication, and joyful exploration

Students are taught fundamental life skills that are immediately available for daily use

Mindfulness

Mindfulness and meditation classes will help enhance skills for paying attention to our experience in a way that allows us to respond rather than react.
